I was here on time for my appointment, at 9:30. At 10:00 I asked what the hold up was and was told the nurse was off sick and told I would be fitted in. At 11:00 still waiting and have to go as have a 2 yr old with me, who has been v.good up till now, and I have to go to work. I have to see a nurse for an injection and have wasted my valuable time with child and waiting have to come.
All staff are polite, friendly, knowledgeable and caring.
To the best of my knowledge.
No improvement is required.
Why can't the doctors sign prescriptions at once.
They take almost a week to sing and are even then not sent on to the pharmacy.
Improvement need!
Sitting in nurse waiting area when someone else the loo behind me, the smell was overwhelming- the toilets should be double doors to prevent this happening- i.e like supermarket toilets.
Wanted help with painful poor nurse was lovely but unable to refer for a faster appt to podiatrist.
Earlier available appt is 26th April. I suffer from swollen legs and feet and if this hard slan got worse could lead to an injection which would be difficult.
